Stone Soup Group is a statewide 501(c)3 non-profit that provides information, support, training and resources to assist families caring for children with special needs. We are staffed almost entirely by parents or family members of children with special needs, so we know the journey and work from a family centered philosophy.

The EISC is the central location supporting families of preschool children for: Child Find & Child Check Screening, assessment for eligibility for special education and related services, transition from infant learning programs to school-based services, and assisting families with out-of-District IEPs for their preschool child. Parents seeking an assessment for their child should be referred to the EISC. EISC staff members are available as a resource to school teams and families.

FOCUS Outreach provides Early Intervention/Infant Learning Program (ILP) to assist Alaska families with special needs.
